PWA Rewards Program: Everything You Need to Know
One of the things we love most about the PWA community is welcoming back familiar faces. Many of our guests have traveled with us multiple times, returning to explore new destinations, create new images, and reconnect with friends they’ve made along the way. For many, one adventure naturally leads to the next.
Most of our returning guests already know about our Rewards Program, but we thought this would be the perfect time for a quick refresher. After all, reward points can add up over time, and it’s always nice to be reminded of the benefits waiting for you.
And for those who are new to Photo Workshop Adventures or considering joining us for the first time, this is a wonderful opportunity to discover one of the many perks of being part of our community. Because with PWA, you’re not only investing in unforgettable photography experiences and meaningful connections, you’re also earning rewards that can help make your future adventures even more rewarding. Simply put, every journey with PWA brings you one step closer to the next.
What’s in It for You?
The biggest benefit is simple: you save on future adventures while doing something you already love. Every PWA photo tour you complete earns valuable reward points that can be redeemed on a future trip. Whether you’re dreaming of returning to a favorite destination or exploring somewhere completely new, those points help bring your next adventure a little closer.
One of the best things about the program is its flexibility. You can redeem your points on your very next trip or continue collecting them toward even greater savings in the future. Orange Rewards members can save up to $750 USD per trip, while VIP Guests can save up to $1,000 USD per trip.

How Do You Earn PWA Reward Points?
Getting started couldn’t be easier. The moment you complete your first Photo Workshop Adventures tour, you’ll begin earning reward points. From there, every qualifying photo adventure adds to your balance, bringing you closer to savings on future trips.
Our Rewards Program has two levels, giving our most loyal guests even greater benefits the more they travel with us.
Orange Rewards
Every guest starts here, earning 4 points for every dollar spent on most PWA Photo Tours. To put that into perspective, a $11,995 photo adventure earns 47,980 points, worth approximately $480 USD toward a future trip. It’s a rewarding way to start building savings from your very first adventure.
VIP Guests
Guests who have registered for 8 or more PWA trips automatically become VIP Guests and begin earning double points—that is, 8 points for every dollar spent. On that same $11,995 adventure, a VIP Guest would earn 95,960 points, worth approximately $960 USD toward a future trip.
VIP Guests also enjoy additional benefits, including advance notification of upcoming adventures and special offers, complimentary airport transfers at select destinations, and the ability to save up to $1,000 USD on a future trip.
Redeeming Your Reward Points Is Easy
When you’re ready to plan your next adventure, using your reward points is quick and straightforward. Simply log in to your PWA account to check your current points balance. Once you’ve registered for your next eligible photo adventure and paid your deposit, you’ll be given the option to apply your available points when making your balance payment.
You can use your points as you earn them or continue building your balance for even greater savings in the future. Orange Rewards members can redeem up to $750 USD per trip, while VIP Guests can redeem up to $1,000 USD per trip. If you’ve earned more points than that, don’t worry—your remaining points will stay in your account and can be used on future eligible adventures, provided they haven’t expired (points expire after two years).

A Few Helpful Things to Remember
Like any rewards program, there are a few terms worth keeping in mind to help you get the most from your points.
Reward points are awarded after you’ve completed a photo adventure tour. They remain active as long as you continue traveling with PWA, but if no new trip is booked and paid for within two years, any unused points will expire. That’s why it’s always a good idea to check your balance from time to time.
Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or gifted. They also cannot be earned or redeemed on discounted photo adventures, private photo tours, and tours of four days or less (like our NYC “Soul of the Streets” Photo Workshop).
