A New York native, Jerry discovered a love for photography as a teen while traveling to Italy. He instantly felt the beauty of the place and the draw to capture what he saw, and so it all began. Inspired by this passion for photography one of his first jobs was working on the Nikon Pro Desk, where he picked up the technical aspects of the camera. Later in his career he had the opportunity of working for an airline and traversed the country from coast to coast. So his other passion, travel, was further developed as he logged 1.5 million miles in just five years. As both a skilled traveler and photographer, Jerry brings the best of both worlds to his photo adventures.

Always with a camera in his hand, he blends artistry and a technical skill set to his work. His shots of people and places capture a perspective that speaks to his philosophy that “Life Is Urgent,” and he seizes the beauty of the moment. His sense of humanity and beauty shines through in his art and love emanates in his award winning images that have been exhibited in galleries and won competitions in the New York area.
