Photo Workshop Adventures Update on COVID-19

This is an unprecedented time in our history. The COVID-19 pandemic is having an impact on the health of our loved ones, the businesses we rely upon, the health of the global economy, and the way we live our daily lives. As we all continue to navigate through these unique and evolving challenges, we want you to know that Photo Workshop Adventures will be here for you.
All adventures have been postponed through June 2020.
At Photo Workshop Adventures (PWA), the safety of our guests and team is our highest priority. Accordingly, we are sharing this update regarding the outbreak of COVID-19, commonly referred to as the coronavirus. We will continue to address concerns and are working with guests on a priority basis. The following applies to our group adventures. If you have an upcoming private photo adventure, our team will discuss options.
Next steps for postponed adventures.
To make sure you travel with confidence, we made the difficult decision back in early March to postpone all scheduled photo adventures through June 2020. We are giving our guests three choices to reschedule tours that are affected by the global COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic:
1) Reschedule your currently registered Photo Adventure to a future date. This could be as early as fall 2020, or in 2021 or 2022. This provides you with flexibility and assurance to postpone your adventure to a later date.
2) Select a different photo adventure in the future and your payment will be applied to the new adventure. Your account will be reconciled with either a credit or an additional balance due, depending on the price of your new adventure. Select dates in late 2020, 2021 or 2022. Check our schedule page.
3) No need to decide right now. Reach out to us whenever you are ready to discuss rescheduling your postponed trip.
As we postpone adventure dates, ultimately our intent is to be fair and flexible. Sudden infectious disease outbreaks can significantly impact small businesses worldwide. Our terms and conditions note that we are unable to issue refunds, only postponements. We are confident that this will be behind us in the near future and will be adding dates and exciting new destinations to our schedule. Stay tuned.

Understanding this situation is fluid, we will continue to monitor developments and be in touch with all guests. Additionally, we have decided to modify balance payments to 90 days prior.

Feel free to register for future photo adventures. We have many wonderful destinations and adventures to select from in 2021 and 2022. All it takes is a deposit to secure a guaranteed spot.
